The civil rights movement was a big historical event for African Americans. This movement was one of the biggest events to influence people to that everyone should have equal rights. The movement consisted of many people of all ages. Things that stood out about this movement was big civil rights leaders like Martin Luther King Jr,Malcolm X, and Rosa Parks.This was a big part of United States history.
